Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://betbro.cam (the "Site"), operated under the brand name BetBro ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site, regardless of the device used to access it or the location from which it is accessed.

BetBro is an English-language information and educational platform directed primarily at users in Pakistan who have an interest in understanding online sports betting, casino gaming, responsible gambling practices and related topics. We produce, publish and maintain content for educational and informational purposes only.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Earlier versions of these Terms are superseded in their entirety by this version. Please review these Terms each time you visit the Site.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

"Site"	The website, all related pages, sub-pages and digital properties operated under the BetBro brand.
"User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, browses or otherwise interacts with the Site in any capacity.
"Content"	All text, graphics, images, data, software, audio, video, information and other material published on or accessible through the Site.
"Operator"	Any third-party gambling or betting platform referenced, discussed or described in Site content. BetBro is not an Operator.
"Terms"	This Terms and Conditions document in its current published form, including any updates or amendments.
"Applicable Law"	All laws, statutes, regulations and subordinate legislation applicable to a User in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) where applicable.

Clause 3

Nature of Service

BetBro is strictly an informational and educational content platform. The Site publishes guides, analyses, glossaries, responsible gambling resources and general educational content relating to online sports betting and casino gaming. The following statements define the scope and nature of the service provided:

3.1 No Gambling Services. BetBro does not provide gambling services of any kind. We do not accept bets, wagers or stakes. We do not issue odds. We do not facilitate any form of gaming activity, lottery or game of chance.

3.2 No Player Accounts. BetBro does not create, maintain or administer player accounts. No user of this Site holds an account with BetBro for gambling purposes.

3.3 No Financial Transactions. BetBro does not accept, process, hold or transmit any player funds, deposits, withdrawals or prize payments. All financial transactions are conducted directly between users and the relevant third-party operators.

3.4 No Endorsement of Operators. References to third-party platforms, payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), sporting competitions (including PSL, ICC tournaments and other events) or other brands are for contextual and educational purposes only. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of those parties.

3.5 No Regulatory Approval. BetBro does not hold any gambling licence issued by a Pakistani authority. We are not approved, licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

Clause 4

Eligibility & Access

Access to and use of the Site is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you, to access this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction: You must satisfy yourself that accessing this Site and engaging in any gambling activity is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. Accessing this Site does not constitute a representation by BetBro that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All Content published on the Site, including but not limited to text, editorial copy, guides, graphics, logos, images, user interface elements and the overall design and structure of the Site, is the proprietary intellectual property of BetBro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Use. You may access and view Content for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may print or save a single copy of any page for personal reference, provided that you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

6.2 Prohibited Use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, broadcast, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent. Systematic downloading, scraping or mirroring of the Site's Content is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Brand Names. The BetBro brand name and any associated logos or marks are the property of BetBro. Third-party brand names referenced on the Site (including payment providers and sports competitions) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on this Site does not grant you any licence to use those marks.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the following disclaimers apply to all use of this Site:

7.1 No Warranties. The Site and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. BetBro does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Educational Purpose Only. All Content — including but not limited to betting guides, odds explanations, platform overviews, bonus term analyses and payment method references — is produced and published for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes betting advice, financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation to use any particular gambling platform or service.

Clause 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law:

BetBro, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Content.
BetBro shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other economic loss, whether or not BetBro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BetBro's total aggregate liability to any user for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) PKR 0 (zero) where no payment has been made to BetBro by the user, or (b) the total amounts actually paid by the user to BetBro in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Third-Party Content & References

The Site may contain references to, descriptions of, or educational content relating to third-party platforms, products, services, payment providers and sports competitions. These references are made solely for educational and contextual purposes.

9.1 No Endorsement. The mention of third-party brands — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, PSL, ICC or any other brand — does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, affiliation or commercial relationship between BetBro and those parties unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

9.3 Payment Provider Disclaimer. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made purely as contextual references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. BetBro does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Pakistan Legal Context

Nothing in this clause limits or affects your rights under Applicable Law in your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Site or these Terms, BetBro encourages users to contact us in the first instance using the contact details set out in Clause 15 below. We will endeavour to resolve complaints and disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetBro with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
